1. CHECK IN time is 2:00PM, CHECK OUT time is 12NN.
2. DEPARTURES. Please inform the reception no later than 9:00AM of your check out day if you wish to retain your room beyond the check out time. The extension will be given depending on the availability of the room. If the room is available, normal tariff will be charged. On failure of the guest to vacate the room after check out time, the management shall have the right to remove the guest's belongings from the room occupied by the guest.
3.KEY CARDS. Room key cards shall be returned at the Reception upon leaving or going out for security purposes. Only the registered guest is allowed to collect the room key card at the counter. An additional PHP500.00 will be charged in case of lost key card.
4. VISITORS. Registered guest should inform the front desk if they are expecting any visitors. All visitors may be required to present a valid ID before entering the room of the registered guest. Visitors are not allowed after 11:00PM.
5.ACCOUNTS. Guests are requested to settle their room charges upon check in, additional charges are to be settled upon check out. Personal cheques are not accepted. Monthly room rentals are payable in advance. Failure to do so allows the management - without notice - to resume possession of the room and remove belongings until settlement of bill is effected without prejudice to other legal measures.
6. VALUABLES. The management will not be held responsible for any loss and damage of valuables. The hotel provides a safety vault in each room for safekeeping of your personal belongings.
7. DAMAGES. Should any dameage be made in the room or with any hotel property, it will be charged to the guest's account either by replacement or compensation.
8. COOKING. cooking in the room is strictly prohibited.
9. PETS. pets are not allowed inside the staterooms or in the hotel premises.
10. SMOKING. The hotel rooms are non-smoking areas. Smoking in the room may trigger the smoke detector system. A fine of PHP3000.00 will be charged to the guest to cover the damage to the system. Smoking is only allowed at designated hotel premises.
11. PERSONAL CHARGES. Restaurant, Bar, Telephone Bills and Other incidental charges must be paid at the time of bill presentation unless prior credit arrangement is made with the cashier at the front office.
12. STAFF. Soliciting for gratuities and any incivility by the hotel staff is strictly prohibited and guests are earnestly requested to report any irregularities to the Manager. The hotel cannot be held responsible for any private dealings between guests and hotel staff.
13. SAFETY and SECURITY. Keep your door closed at all times. To avoid being disturbed please hand "DO NOT DISTURBED" sign on the knob.
14. POOL. pool is open from 6:00AM until 10:00PM only.
15. In case of emergency and inquiries, just dial "0" for the front office.

THE MANAGEMENT RESERVES TO ITSELF THE RIGHT TO ADD, OR AMEND ANY OF THE ABOVE TERMS AND CONDITION AND RULES AT ANYTIME.
Children under 7 years of age is free of charge when using existing beds.
Extra person is charged 350 without extra bed.
Extra person is charged 700 with extra bed.
If you wish to cancel your reservation, the booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation.

• Cancellation more than 30 Days before check in: Full Refund.
• Cancellation made in writing 15-30 days prior to arrival date: 15% Online booking fee will be charged
• Cancellation made in writing 7-14 days prior arrival date: 50% of the total amount can be refunded or you can re-book depending on the availability of the room within 60 days from the date of cancellation request.
• Cancellation made in writing 3-6 days prior to arrival date: No refund will be given, however you can re-book depending on the availability of the room within 60 days from the date of cancellation request.
• Rescheduled reservation must be used within 60 days from the date of cancellation request otherwise payment will be forfeited.
• NO SHOW guest will be charged the full amount of the total reservation charges.
